Getting older may mean that  sometimes you will need help in managing your daily activities such as shopping, domestic assistance and showering/ personal cares. There are many different types of aged care services which are available, and many of these are government-funded. Eligibility is made through an assessment process, called an ACAT (or ACAS in Victoria). Carers may also be eligible for respite services.

A home care package  provides government funded services that enable you to remain living at home as long as possible,

With Care Your Way we cater to your preference and are  versatile in the way that we provide your support and care.                          We provide your care your way.

Our services can provide you with :- 

Transport assistance  to help you go shopping or attend appointments.

Social support by being with you  while  shopping, banking, outings to the beach or visiting family and friends. Perhaps you just need someone to visit for a chat. 

Domestic assistance for household jobs like cleaning, clothes washing and ironing. We will do anything  that you need help with in maintaining a clean hygienic home.

Personal care assistance with your showering and dressing or whatever your needs may be.

General home maintenance for minor repairs and care of your house or garden.

Installation of  safety aids such as alarms, ramps and support rails.

Nursing assistance with a qualified community nurse who can dress a wound or provide continence advice and other nursing requirements as needed, ie palliative care.

Food services such as meal preparation and food storage. Assistance with accessing Meals on Wheels or similar home meal delivery service.

Medication prompts to  help  you in taking your medication

Allied Health such as Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Occupational Therapy.

Pet Care where we may assist with walking your dog, feeding your pets in order to ensure that your fur friend is well looked after also.
